Katharine McKenna
"Red Lemurs"

Artist Bio:
Through organic and unique usage of color, light and shape, K.L.
McKenna's style captures radical new perspectives on the traditional
subject. Her paintings are not just paintings of landscapes or figures
but rather color harmonies of a very high and unusual order. She is

painting today. K.L. McKenna's scenes of Colorado, Arizona, Wyoming and
Montana reflect her enthusiasm and spiritual connection to the geology

prefers to call "figure landscapes", are created in her Kingston, NY
studio throughout the year.
